My name is Balázs Vecsey, I am a 29 years old Computer Science Engineer, graduated from Óbuda University. I created this website mainly to serve as my creative outlet, but I am also striving to provide useful and quality content.
Field of Expertise
My main field of expertise is Software Engineering, which is what I do for a living. For hobby projects I work mostly on short videogames. These are usually more fun to make because I can fully unleash my creativity, unlike with any "practical" software where the emphasis is on its function, and probably someone has already made it before me. I have my finished games and apps hosted here for free under the My Work category.
I am confidently experienced in the following technologies and fields (use most of them in my day job):
- React
- TypeScript / JavaScript
- HTML5
- SCSS / LESS
- C#
- .NET Core
- ASP.NET MVC
- ASP.NET Web Forms
- C/C++
- Arduino C/C++
- Regex
- MSSQL
- MySQL
- GLSL
- Inno Setup
- NSIS
- Frontend
- UX design
- SEO
Other Fields of Interest
For hobby projects I also delved into the world of analog electronics and microcontrollers, namely the Arduino. My Developer Blog focuses on introducing my ideas in these and other topics, sometimes with instructions and specifications to make it useful for yourself. I have articles in the following topics:
